A great deal of time and effort goes into preparing for a class or studio event. Lessons are planned and materials are ordered.

If you withdraw from a class within two weeks of the start date, no refund will be made unless the spot can be filled from the waiting list.
If a workshop you are interested in is sold out, please join the waiting list.
Parents/Emergency contact must be reachable during class times.
If a student is disruptive or presents a disciplinary problem, instructors reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel the remaining pre-paid classes with a refund.
If a student must miss a class, please notify the studio ahead of time. While it is difficult to make up lost classroom time, every effort will be made to help the student catch up in subsequent classes of the same session.
White Brick Art Studio will follow the MNPS schedule for inclement weather. You will be notified if we make an exception.
If someone other than a parent is picking up your child, please provide written notice ahead of time. They will be asked to show a photo ID.
